walk along the garden paths
know not where they may lead
but when you present yourself
nature will reveal its mystery and joy

THE PHOTOGRAPHY - What started out as collections of photographs of plants and gardens for my landscape and horticulture classes while at college has now turned into a serious collection of images of Mother Nature's "paintings". As this library of photographs grew, so did the artist inside me. My photography is an art expression like a painting. But the painting is from Mother Nature's canvas that she paints in the landscape expressing her moods. I'm "the innocent by bystander" who happened to be there to capture her moods and now to share it with you.
ABOUT MYSELF - I was brought up and raised in Hong Kong. Grew up in a city of high rises and concrete jungle, I found solace in and appreciation for the wilderness in between concrete pillars of apartment buildings, out in the Outlying Islands and The New Territories. Living in the Bay Area since 2000, a career crises in the big corporate world in late 2002 led me to change my life and career. With much hardship working part-time and going to college part-time I finally earned degree in
Environmental Horticulture and Design at Foothill College. I am now a practicing horticulturist at
The Village Gardener in CA, and also pursuing my art.
